Starting with a well staffed professional design center, clients are offered the opportunity to participate in an interactive design process. All designs are prepared in a 3D computer system, with client input as the design progresses.
Upon client acceptance of the design, CKs experienced staff prepare all the plans and documents needed to initiate the building permit process. Our design team includes engineering and technical staff to handle all structural design. Our team of consultants includes soils engineering, land surveying and landscape architecture for even the largest, most demanding project.
As permitting proceeds, project logistics such as site access and materials storage are determined. With careful coordination, the majority of our projects are completed without displacing the family from the home. Regular site visits by the owners, Matt Kennedy and Robert Cerletti, ensure rapid response to client concerns.
Upon permit issue, CKs well oiled construction machine goes into action. Our courteous construction personnel kick off the project with a preliminary site meeting to introduce our key team leaders to the owners. With our tightly integrated team approach, many projects are completed in less than 90 days. Throughout construction clients are encouraged to be involved. Matt and Robert are always available to conference with clients and respond promptly to all client inquiries and requests.
